Privacy notice

What we collect

When you complete the assessment form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the answers you select, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. We do not ask for clinical or medical information at this stage and you should not send any through this form.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and to suggest an appropriate next step. We use it for no other purpose.

Who sees it

Dr Nermine Hanna and, where necessary, a small number of people working directly with the practice. Enquiries submitted through this website are handled by a third party form and email service acting on our instructions and for no other purpose. Beyond that, we do not sell your information, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not pass it to any clinic, laboratory or other party without your explicit permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, your records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period afterwards required by UAE law.

Your choices

You may ask at any time to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to info@longevitelab.com and we will act on it within thirty days.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

This notice describes our current practice. It should be reviewed by a UAE lawyer against Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data before the site goes live.
